Someone signed it. Someone filed it. And somehow, when the auditor asks for it, it isn't there. Here's how JSAs go missing, and how to stop it happening again.
The problem: JSAs don't get lost all at once
They slip behind a filing cabinet, ride home in a ute, or get taken out with the rubbish. By the time you need the paperwork, you can't prove it ever existed. And a lost JSA is worse than a missing record. The whole point of a JSA is to be there when someone isn't sure how to do a task safely.
The fix: sign it where the work happens
With Shadow Forms, every JSA is signed on the tablet and saved the moment it's finished. It's also always on hand. If anyone is unsure how to perform a task, they can pull up the JSA on the spot and check the steps, hazards and controls before they start.
The result: signed, filed, found
Nothing to file, nothing to chase, nothing to lose. Signed, filed, gone. Not any more.
