Every site has one. The clipboard hanging off a hook, stuffed with soggy JSAs, coffee-ringed sign-in sheets and signatures nobody can read. Here's why its time is up.
The problem: paper that doesn't survive the site
It's survived rain, mud and a few too many smoko breaks. But it can't search for last month's SWMS, it can't tell you who signed on, and it won't survive the next lost page.
The fix: the same forms, on a tablet
Shadow Forms puts the forms you already use on a tablet. Your crew fills them in on site and signs with a finger or a QR code.
The result: nothing to file, nothing to lose
Every record is saved and searchable the moment it's done. No more hunting for paperwork, and no more clipboard to carry.
